By accessing adstationglobal.com or engaging AdStation Global's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
AdStation Global provides performance marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta/Facebook Ads management, Microsoft Bing Ads management, SEO, workflow automation, landing page design, social media marketing and email/drip marketing. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual agreements.
Management fees are payable monthly in advance. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to respective platforms or as agreed. Late payments incur 2% monthly interest after 15 days. We reserve the right to pause campaign management for accounts with outstanding invoices exceeding 30 days.
Creative work developed by AdStation Global remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, deliverables created specifically for your campaigns are transferred to you. Our methodologies, frameworks and internal processes remain our exclusive property.
AdStation Global applies best-practice methodologies to all campaigns. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including rankings, ROAS levels, lead volumes or revenue targets. Digital advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside our control including market competition, platform algorithm changes and seasonality.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information. AdStation Global will not disclose client campaign data, strategies or business information to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for services already rendered.
AdStation Global's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Gurugram, Haryana.
